Astra Childcare Initial Acquisition Criteria:
- Minimum of 60 licensed places
- Minimum overall lease term, including options, of 20 years
- Occupancy at or above 70 percent, OR Profit exceeding $250K p.a.
- Average fee equal to or greater than $100/day
- Centres to be compliant with the National Regulations Audit
- Qualifications and staffing arrangements to Ratio and pay rates at Award
